Pauline Z. McNeill is Market Research Survey Manager at Phoenix-Hecht, and Service Center Manager of Phoenix-Hecht's parent company UAI Technology, Inc. Ms. McNeill's responsibilities include overseeing the survey instruments for all corporate market research products including the Large Corporate Cash Management Monitor and the Middle Market Monitor.  She also oversees solicitation of account analysis statements for the Blue Book of Bank Prices as well as the publication delivery. Ms. McNeill manages the department that provides internal services to the entire company.

Ms. McNeill is an active member of the Executive Board of the Greater Triangle Area Postal Customer Council, and has held various offices within the PCC, including two terms as industry co-chair. She has also been a guest speaker at several Postal Forums and remittance mailer groups.
