Pauline Z. McNeill is Senior Survey Manager at Phoenix-Hecht. Ms. McNeill's responsibilities include overseeing the Postal Survey, the Clearing Study, and survey instruments for all corporate market research products including the Large Corporate Cash Management Monitor and the Middle Market Monitor.  She also oversees solicitation and processing of account analysis statements for The Blue Book of Bank Prices®.

Ms. McNeill is an active member of the Executive Board of the Greater Triangle Area Postal Customer Council, and has held various offices within the PCC, including two terms as industry co-chair. She has also been a guest speaker at several Postal Forums and remittance mailer groups.
